FAA conforms to ICAO standards by extending First and Third Class Medical Certificates! As of July 24, 2008 the FAA has extended the duration of First and Third Class Medical Certificates for pilots under 40 years of age. For those under 40, the First Class Medical Certificate has been extended to one year duration, and Third Class Medical Certificates have been extended to 5 years duration. May 11, 2008 Our newest team member is Cathy Latimer. She is a recent graduate from Oklahoma State University with two aviation degrees, Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Aviation Professional Pilot. Cathy holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate, Airplane Single and Multi-Engine Land Ratings with Instrument Rating. She is a Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor. Her duties will include flight instructing, aircraft acquisitions and sales.
