American Eagle Airlines adjust their hiring minimums

June 23, 2011- American Eagle Airlines announced that they have adjusted their current hiring minimums. AE expects to hire 670 pilots in 2011, and more in 2012. Their new hiring minimums are:

• 500 Total Time
• 50 Multi-Engine
• Successful completion of recruitment process
• Successful completion of ATP's Regional Jet Standards Course (Paid for by AE)
• 2 year signed committment to fly for AE

For Pilots with 800 total time and 100 multi they will not be subject to the Regional Jet Standards Course or the signed two year committment. Interested pilots should email Airline Apps, Inc. at AEPilotRecruitment@AA.com.
